Rosemary has over 20 years in the boardroom and a 40 year track record that spans sectors, disciplines and geographies building on global legal career ranked among the world’s leading lawyers. Operating at the forefront of shaping economies that deliver for for people, planet and prosperity, Rosemary has delivered on game changing organisations, design and capital raising to bring new funds to market, setting national policy agendas and global standards. She has supported and challenged global leaders tackle major issues and challenges from climate action to road safety, more resilient cultural and creative sectors and anti-microbial resistance.
Rosemary has been brought in to advise banks, investment firms and corporations, governments and government agencies, and multi-laterals including the United Nations Development Programme, OECD, World Banking Group. Her thought leadership is published widely and her work is the subject of international case studies. She has been recognised as an inaugural Sorenson global impact leader, among Australia’s 100 Women of Influence in innovation and top thought leaders in finance and received a Member of the Order of Australia for significant contributions to social innovation and investment and to the law (2020).
Rosemary’s holds a law degree (First Class Honours), the New York Bar, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and member of the UK Institute of Directors, and a member of Chatham House.
