From early 2019 to the end of 2020, Rosemary Addis was Senior Strategic Advisor to SDG Impact at the United Nations Development Programme. SDG Impact’s mission is to provide investment solutions for global impact.
As Senior Strategic Adviser, Rosemary advised the Steering Group chaired by UNDP Administrator Achim Steiner and the Director SDG Impact.
This program of work has contributed:
- the SDG Impact Investor Platform in collaboration with the Global Investors for Sustainable Development Alliance, which operates under the auspices of the United Nations Secretary General;
- the Duke University offering in Impact Management & Measurement for the SDGs sponsored by SDG Impact and widely available on Coursera; and
- The SDG Impact Standards for Private Equity, Bonds and Enterprises and OECD-UNDP Impact Standards for Financing Sustainable Development.
