Member, World Banking Group Steering Group Innovative Finance

Over a decade of work on applying innovation and investment lenses to road safety led to an invitation in 2022 for Rosemary to join a World Banking Group Steering Group on innovative finance. Rosemary and colleagues from Social Finance International also had a leading role in the final shape of the report, including key recommendations for World Bank and sub-national bond structures and for an innovative finance hub to ground data and insights for outcomes based approaches.

In late 2022, the first World Bank Bond for road safety was issued in Georgia.
