Chair, Climate Ready Australia

Housed at Griffith Univeristy, the Climate Ready Initiative (CRI) is focused on enabling climate action by unlocking the economic and social development pathways that value net-zero emissions and climate resilience.

The flagship initiative of CRI launched in late 2021 is Climate Ready Australia 2030. Recognising the urgent and growing need to transition Australia towards a low carbon and climate resilient future, Climate Ready Australia fills the current gap for developing a collective, national plan for how to achieve climate readiness and drive climate action to 2030 by bringing together partners from across society to develop the shared agenda, investment plan and national capability needed to drive climate action in Australia.
